Solutions Resource Founder, Jet Castro, To Speak To The Minority Business Executive Program At The International Business Strategies Panel At The University of Washington

On Thursday, June 18th 2015, Solutions Resource’s founder, managing director, and principal consultant, Jet Castro, will speak at the International Business Strategies Panel at the University of Washington. The event will occur in the Bank of America Center and will begin at 11:15 AM in the morning and will end at 12:15 PM in the afternoon. During this panel, a group of people in the Minority Business Executive Program will want to learn about the years of success that a business has had with its markets and why it has been successful with those audiences. Therefore, Jet will provide this information to those groups of people. The staff members at Solutions Resource also work in the Philippines because its parent company, Solutions Resource IT, is based in that country. This means that there are a lot of people in that country that Jet must manage from the United States. Therefore, the people in the Minority Business Executive Program will receive this information from Jet including information about what the challenges are like when people have to deal with this type of work. In addition to this information, Jet will provide information to the Minority Business Executive Program about why Solutions Resource’s clients receive a variety of benefits if they outsource their website, search engine optimization, and software development needs to the Solutions Resource IT staff members in the Philippines (“Verchot. Monday, June 8, 2015.”). These pieces of information are important for Solutions Resource to provide to the Minority Business Executive Program because it allows the company to provide information to those people about the benefits, such as cost savings that clients receive for sending their technology projects, which includes website design and development, to the Philippines. In the present time, the wages for non-agriculture jobs in the Philippines is 481 Pesos (“National Wages and Productivity Commission. 6 May 2015.”), which is $10.62 in US dollars (“Exchangerate.com. Inc. 1998-2012.”) and is more affordable than the wage of $33.02 that a website development professional would receive in the United States (“U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. March 25, 2015.”). As a result of this situation, entities would pay less money if they sent certain technological projects to Solutions Resource IT in the Philippines as opposed to sending the work to a web development firm in the US. Furthermore, if the Solutions Resource IT work staff members in the Philippines possess a high level of expertise and experience in technological skills, such as developing mobile applications and websites, then the firm can inform the Minority Business Executive Program about the benefits that its customers and potential clients receive from sending their technological projects, such as search engine optimization, to a group of staff members who can generate a solution that addresses an organization’s diverse technological needs. Moreover, Solutions Resource needs to be aware of the fact that the Minority Business Executive Program could consist of business owners who need to address business challenges, such as coming up with a website that is tailored to a mobile device like an Android, but may not have the financial resources that are necessary for outsourcing this project to a web development firm that charges a high fee for this service. Similarly, those business owners may not feel like the staff members at a certain web development company have the expertise and skills that are necessary for designing a website that is tailored to a mobile device (“Michael G Foster School of Business University of Washington, UW. 2002-2015.”). Therefore, Solutions Resource must provide information about the skills that its staff members possess with addressing an organization’s website needs as well as the amount of money that organizations save when they outsource their technology needs to Solutions Resource IT in the Philippines to the people in the Minority Business Executive Program because this information allows the individuals in the Minority Business Executive Program to learn about what Solutions Resource does to address the diverse technological challenges, such as software development, that organizations face. That way, those people can decide whether or not they want to conduct business with Solutions Resource if they are facing a technology challenge, such as a software development or website need, or refer Solutions Resource to other organizations that might be facing a technology challenge that Solutions Resource can address.

The International Business Strategies Panel is an important event for Solutions Resource to speak at because it allows the company to provide information to people about what the firm does to address the technological needs of its markets, the benefits that those audiences receive from outsourcing their technology needs, such as software development, to the firm, and the success that it has had with addressing its clients’ needs. That way, those groups of people can decide whether or not they want to conduct business with the firm or refer other entities to that organization. If enterprises decide that Solutions Resource is capable of addressing a diverse technology challenge that other technology firms cannot address, then they will likely outsource their technology projects, such as website design and development, to Solutions Resource. Moreover, those people could refer additional organizations to Solutions Resource and those entities could decide to outsource their technology needs, like search engine optimization, to Solutions Resource if they feel that the company is more effective than other organizations at addressing their diverse technology needs. If this situation occurs, then Solutions Resource will help additional markets with their technology needs and be successful in the present and future time. Any entity who attends this panel and feels that Solutions Resource can address their needs should also visit Solutions Resource’s website at https://solutionsresource.com/ to learn more information about the services that the company offers. Finally, organizations can contact Solutions Resource at [email protected] if they have any questions about what Solutions Resource does to address the technology needs of its clients and potential customers.
