Solutions Resource accepted to SBA 8(a) program Solutions Resource has been accepted to the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development program last June 25, 2010. The program provides eligible firms with greater access to the resources they need to grow and develop their businesses. This, in turn, improves their ability to compete on an equal footing with other firms in the mainstream American economy.  Assists in the development of small businesses owned and operated by individuals who are socially and economically disadvantaged.readmore>> Solutions Resource—an Arkansas CMBE for 2 years Solutions Resource is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise (CMBE) in Arkansas for two years since October 2008. MBE is an American term which is defined as a business which is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled on a daily basis by one or more (in combination) American citizens of the ethnic minority classifications. The purpose of the MBE designation is to partner with larger firms to gain access to the resources that most MBE's do not have access to.  readmore>> SR wins 1st government contract Last July 24, 2010, Solutions Resource has been awarded by the Pine Bluff Arsenal Contracting Office its first government contract. The contract requirements issued have been duly delivered to the said government office two weeks ahead of time. Just recently, Solutions Resource accepted payment from the government institution through government credit cards for easier, reliable and fast transaction.   readmore>>
