Job Title: IT Project Manager – Journey Level

Job Description: 

We are seeking a Journey Level IT Project Manager to oversee and support IT projects using industry-standard methodologies. This role involves project planning, performance tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibility:

• Utilize industry-standard Project Management software and tools.
• Track project performance, analyzing the achievement of short- and long-term goals.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle to maintain expected standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing or assisting with IT projects (formal education may substitute for experience).
• Familiarity with Project Management software like Jira, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams and Confluence.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Certifications such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience with tools and services like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SDLC, Microsoft Project, & Visio
