Connecting Generations of Global Innovators, Solutions Resource at the University of Washington MBEP Alumni Panel

Last week, Solutions Resource had the privilege of joining the University of Washington’s Master of Business for Emerging Professionals (MBEP) Alumni Panel, a virtual kick-off event welcoming the Class of 2025. Our executive officers Jet Castro and Pita Cebujano, both proud MBEP alumni, joined fellow graduates Chris, Jason, Kavita, and Dee in sharing their journeys, lessons learned, and advice for the new cohort.

This year’s session was particularly meaningful as Joel Castro and Hyacinth “Aya” Lugtu from Solutions Resource joined the MBEP Class of 2025, continuing our strong connection with the UW community and its leadership development mission.

“MBEP isn’t just about business education, it’s about developing the courage to innovate, lead with purpose, and collaborate across cultures.” shared Jet Castro during the discussion.

The panel sparked authentic conversations about strategic thinking, problem-solving, and continuous learning, offering insights on turning challenges into opportunities and leading with empathy and integrity.

At Solutions Resource, we believe leadership growth is a lifelong journey. Our team’s ongoing participation in the MBEP program reflects our commitment to innovation, global collaboration, and mentorship — values that guide how we serve our clients and nurture the next generation of tech and business leaders.

We’re excited to see how Joel and Aya’s MBEP journey unfolds, bringing new perspectives and ideas that will further enrich our company’s vision for sustainable, people-centered innovation.
