Job Description: 

Product Owner Resources define and prioritize product features to align with business goals and customer needs. They manage the product backlog, communicate with stakeholders, and guide the development team to ensure the right features are built at the right time.

Key Responsibility:

• Develop and execute long-term product strategies that align with overall business objectives and market opportunities.
• Influence and collaborate with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive product vision and priorities.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, including post-launch performance analysis and iteration.
• Guide agile teams with a deep understanding of agile principles to optimize team performance.
• Utilize analytics and customer feedback to make informed decisions that drive product innovation and growth.
• Craft and execute comprehensive product strategies that drive business growth while aligning with long-term organizational goals.
• Build relationships and influence C-suite executives to translate complex business needs into actionable product initiatives.
• Leverage market insights, data analytics, and emerging technologies to innovate and solve critical business challenges.

Qualifications:

Senior Level:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in a Product Owner and/or Product Manager role.
• Master’s degree may substitute for 1 year of required experience.
• Demonstrated experience in:
  • Developing and executing long-term product strategies.
  • Leading product lifecycle activities, including post-launch analysis and iteration.
  • Guiding agile teams to optimize performance.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Expert Level:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner).
• At least 7 years of experience in a Product Manager role.
• Master’s degree may substitute for 1 year of required experience.
• Demonstrated experience in:
  • Crafting and executing comprehensive product strategies to drive growth.
  • Leading highly complex product portfolios across multiple workstreams.
  • Mastery of agile methodologies and mentoring teams on best practices.
  • Influencing C-suite executives and aligning product initiatives with organizational goals.

Desirable:

• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing product managers or owners.
• Technical proficiency to contribute to discussions about complex requirements and solutions.
