Solutions Resource LLC supported the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) in developing a statewide electronic repository for household income data. This system enables parents and guardians to securely submit income information, streamlines school eligibility determinations for meal programs, and improves access to essential nutrition services for students across Washington.

What We Contributed:

• Designed and documented system requirements aligned with federal Child Nutrition Program standards and state legislative mandates.

• Developed a secure, user-friendly online portal for families to submit income surveys, integrated with OSPI’s Direct Certification system.

• Ensured robust security, compliance, and interoperability, supporting NSLP, SBP, and summer P-EBT enrollment with reduced administrative burden for schools.
