Project Overview:

Solutions Resource LLC partnered with the City of Seattle’s ADA Title II central project manager and multiple city departments to design a new business process and system requirements for a centralized ADA tracking system. This effort provided the foundation for a citywide solution to improve compliance tracking and reporting, ensuring consistent adherence to ADA standards across departments.

What We Contributed:

• Facilitated cross-department workshops to design the “to-be” business process for a centralized ADA compliance tracking system.

• Produced comprehensive system and application requirements to guide software developers in building, testing, and implementing the solution.

• Delivered process and requirements documentation supporting citywide ADA compliance, transparency, and accountability.
