iGov Philippines

ARMIS, the primary component of the National Archives and Records management Information System, Program of iGov. It is a document and management and tracking, archiving and disposal application system that will facilitate electronic document for Government Agency users based on it’s authorization or clarification. Documents classified for public viewing and retrieval will be made available to general public through the system. As the project involves four pilot agencies such as NAP, ICTO, ASTO, and DBM, gathering of requirements and finalizing of details design and technical document ate a big chunk of development period.
