Solutions Resource LLC partnered with the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and the Professional Educator Standards Board (PESB) to conduct a comprehensive review of agency systems, platforms, and digital assets. This engagement ensured the agencies could identify, secure, and optimize their information systems while laying the groundwork for a sustainable long-term strategy.

What We Contributed:

• Conducted an inventory and recovery of content, data, and accounts, including both known and unknown systems and tools.

• Implemented web application fixes during a focused 160-hour sprint, addressing critical issues according to prioritized agency needs.

• Delivered strategic recommendations for a sustainable, long-term approach to information systems, security, and data governance.
