Solutions Resource LLC engaged with the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) to modernize and streamline the MOA Civil Rights onsite review process. The goal was to reduce delays, simplify documentation, and strengthen compliance monitoring for ADA and civil rights standards across schools statewide.

What We Contributed:

  • Conducted a gap and root-cause analysis of the existing onsite review process, identifying inefficiencies and sources of delay in reporting and compliance documentation.

  • Designed a streamlined workflow for preparing Letters of Findings and Voluntary Compliance Plans, ensuring faster turnaround and clearer accountability.

  • Developed a system framework for compliance monitoring, enabling OSPI to track detailed findings and ensure schools maintain adherence to ADA and civil rights requirements.
