Mr. Jet Castro  is the founder and president of Solutions Resource LLC. Mr. Castro is responsible for the development and actualization of corporate performance management and continuous improvement to map and deliver quality business solutions to user requirements. His acumen in business matters provides overall strategic direction and operations analysis thus driving growth for the company.

Prior to being a Technical Consultant and founding SRLLC, he worked as an Application Architect at JB Hunt Transport, a big Java EE ISD shop, specifically as a Technical Lead on various Applications Development projects. He has undergone series of business trainings such as Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Crucial Conversations, Supervisory, Team Leadership and Leaders Training, Kaizen / Continues Improvement Leadership Training and Project Management Professional (PMP) Training during his stay at JB Hunt and Small Business Entrepreneurship by Arkansas Small Business Development Technology Center.

He has gained Sun Microsystems Certified on both Programmer and Web Component Developer level. He has been working with Java EE and Open-source related technologies for well over a decade. In addition, he is a Certified SCRUM Master and an Agile Practitioner.

Having more than fifteen years of Web, Mobile, Client-Server and Host Mainframe application development experience in a multi-tiered environment using various tools and technologies such as Java and .NET has equipped Mr. Castro enough to spearhead SRLLC’s path to success.

Besides being Solutions Resource’s CEO, Mr. Castro has also been an entrepreneur of multiple businesses including his established internet café, and investment properties both in the Philippines and the United States.

Joel Castro - Country Manager - Joel is involved in the overall strategy and implementation of the company’s operation and direction. Working to help facilitate the customer and HR relations and managing various projects, Joel’s IT technical background includes a decade of experience in systems analysis, design, development, and maintenance of software applications. Susan V. Castro - Susan received her Masters in Business Administration at Ateneo Graduate School of Business, 1995. Susan’s technical expertise is in Program Management, specifically in her capability to provide oversight and management, synergy to multiple initiatives by establishing courses of action to ensure that work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner, adjusting priorities, establishing management strategies to effectively track progress and identify issues, as well as removing barriers and leveraging resources. Besides working as a trusted advisor here at Solutions Resource, Susan currently works at the Coca-Cola Company as PICASSO Project Manager. Alex Lugtu - Alex has worked for the Federal, State as well as for the County and City Government in the United States in various positions. Alex is an active member of the State of California Contractor License Board, Alameda County Builder Exchange, and California Department of Real Estate and is currently working in private practice in engineering design, construction, management, and real estate.

Alex’s extensive career in the Republic of the Philippines includes background in different government departments such as Chief of the International Affairs Coordinating Staff, National Telecommunications Commission, Department of Transportation and Communications, Technical Assistant to the Administrator of National Irrigation Administration, Department of Public Works and Highways, as well as Technical Consultant to the Members of Congress of the Republic of the Philippines. Alex has degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering and Mechanical Engineering as well as Masters in Business Administration.
